The New Member Journey (NMJ) Representative is responsible for onboarding our newest members into the NMJ program. For every new member, this individual will assist in scheduling an NMJ welcome call, selling and setting dates for an NMJ vacation, and providing take home collateral.

Schedule Details:

\n

Our Sales Office operates 7 days a week. Your workday will start at 7:30am-7:45am and end when client interaction is complete. Paid training is provided for your first 2 weeks. You will be assigned a 4-day rotating working schedule following completion of training, based on business needs.

Additional Responsibilities Include: \n
    \n
  • Provide a warm welcome and an extension of confidence and trust in their new purchase, by providing a new member collateral
  • \n
  • Schedule a 14-day welcome call 
  • \n
  • Sell a NMJ vacation and collect $49
  • \n
  • Schedule NMJ vacation dates within 31-120 days
  • \n
  • Provide each member with collateral outlining welcome call date/time, NMJ vacation travel dates/locations and review online access timeframe 
  • \n
  • Entry input into systems of entrance
  • \n
  • Provide seamless handoff to Quality Assurance team member
  • \n
  • If applicable, call members to offer a NMJ vacation package 
  • \n
  • Provide outstanding customer care when interacting with members and guests
  • \n

  • Completes all required Company training/compliance courses as assigned
  • \n
  • Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures

Qualifications - What are we looking for?

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, and holidays.

  • Ability to resolve sophisticated customer service issues and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
  • \n
  • Ability to meet all compensation plan goals.
  • \n
  • Proficiency in English (reading/writing/speaking).
  • \n
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • \n
  • Excellent and confident communication skills
  • \n
  • Basic vacation ownership product knowledge
  • \n
  • System knowledge with Voice and Clarity
  • \n
\n

It would be advantageous to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • Previous experience in the sale or marketing of branded Timeshare or Vacation Ownership products.
