*Pediatric Speech Therapist (SLP) - Charlotte (University), NC*
Exciting opportunity to join the team at the largest pediatric therapy clinic in the Carolinas. We have an extremely skilled and dedicated staff with a team oriented approach to therapy. We are currently seeking a *full-time* *Pediatric Speech Therapist (SLP)* to provide clinic-based speech therapy evaluations and treatment to a pediatric population in our *Charlotte (University)* location at10320 Mallard Creek Road Charlotte, NC 28262. Pediatric experience is preferred but not required. Bilingual (Spanish/English) therapists are preferred but not required. *Strong preference given to therapists with feeding therapy experience. *Clinicians will receive substantial support in the clinic environment.
*Pediatric Speech Therapist (SLP) Responsibilities:*
* Assess and document pediatric patient’s communication status using clinical observations, caregiver report, and standardized testing.
* Develop a plan for treatment that integrates the family’s values, child’s deficits and clinical guidelines/recommendations.
* Document ongoing progress towards goals. Address goals and provide treatment in a way that supports sensory-motor, cognitive, psychological, and behavioral development.
* Demonstrate the ability to collaborate with other disciplines within the clinic- physical therapy, occupational therapy and other professionals outside of the clinic to provide comprehensive, individualized care.
* Follow ASHA and other research-based guidelines to evaluate and treat pediatric patients.
* Desire to expand clinical knowledge and develop clinical reasoning skills, Education, Experience and Certifications
*Pediatric Speech Therapist (SLP)* *Requirements:*
* Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology required.
* NC license for Speech Language Pathology required. CFYs are considered for the University location.
* ASHA certification required.
*Preferred Qualifications:*
* Feeding therapy experience
* Bilingual (Spanish/English speaking)

Pediatric Advanced Therapy offers a choice both pay-per-visit and salary options.
SLP Compensation
* Pay-per-visit at $35-40 per 30 minute visit *OR*
* Salary: $68,000-87,000/yearly
* CFY Salary: $64,000-68,000/yearly
* Commensurate with experience
