The Sr. HRIS Analyst (Workday HCM) is responsible for implementation of the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system, ensuring effective system administration, data integrity and process efficiency. This position analyzes, administers, and troubleshoots the Workday HCM system, working with HR associates and managers to identify appropriate enhancements, modifications, and corrections for process improvement. The Sr. HRIS Analyst collaborates with IS and system vendors on implementing all changes and enhancements. This position conducts analysis and research to help determine the efficacy of the company's HR technology and identify potential new technology.

*Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
