The Opportunity The Growth Marketing & Insights (GMI) organization provides objective customer research, analysis, and marketing effectiveness measurement. The Marketing, Planning and Analytics (MP&A) team supports integrated marketing planning across channels by developing deep media and business insights. The team collaborates closely with Global Marketing, Finance, and Go-to-Market leaders to optimize marketing investments and achieve business goals. We seek a dynamic leader to establish the marketing planning process and generate strategic insights for Adobe’s Creative Cloud B2B offerings. The role involves building a comprehensive framework to assess marketing’s impact at various sales funnel stages and to optimize media investments for incremental returns. Key Responsibilities Develop and lead marketing planning and insights for the Creative Cloud B2B segment, advising on optimal investments to meet financial targets. Manage the roadmap supporting B2B marketing planning and measurement, collaborating with data science teams. Understand the roles of different marketing channels and their efficiency curves to inform robust models and plans. Align marketing strategies with finance, go-to-market, and regional teams’ expectations. Qualifications At least 10 years of B2B industry experience with a proven record of driving business impact. Experience in marketing analytics, regression analysis, financial planning, or B2B sales. Strong knowledge of SMB sales motions, including inbound, outbound, and reseller models. Expertise in media mix models or related marketing measurement methodologies. Ability to analyze historical spend data and collaborate with marketing teams to understand KPIs and performance metrics. Problem-solving passion and willingness to tackle new challenges. Experience leading change and implementing initiatives. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to simplify complex data insights. Additional Information Salary range in the U.S. is $128,600 – $234,200 annually, depending on location, experience, and skills. Compensation may include base salary, commissions, bonuses, and equity awards. For sales roles, pay includes total target compensation (TTC); for non-sales roles, base salary plus incentives.
