What You’ll Be Doing

• Event Setup & Execution : Assist in staging eye-catching displays, managing signage, and ensuring materials are in place for smooth event rollouts.
• Customer Engagement : Be the face of our campaigns—interact with attendees, understand their needs, and drive product awareness through meaningful conversations.
• Brand Representation : Deliver a top-tier brand experience with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a customer-first attitude.
• On-the-Ground Support : Handle real-time logistics and problem-solving during events to keep everything running seamlessly.
• Vendor & Client Coordination : Support communication and coordination with event partners to align on expectations and timelines.
• Inventory Oversight : Track and manage promotional materials, ensuring everything is accounted for and organized pre- and post-event.
• Event Breakdown & Feedback : Help wrap up events efficiently and contribute insights to improve future activations.
