Position Title: Sales Trainer Type: Hourly, Non-Exempt, Full-Time, In-Office, Non-Remote Hours: 8 hour shift, within the hours of 6am-6 pm (varies) Pay: $75,000- $90,000. Yrefy is seeking an experienced Sales Trainer to develop and lead training programs for our growing Student Loan Advocate inside sales team. This role is critical in equipping both new hires and existing team members with the product knowledge, compliance understanding, and consultative sales skills needed to guide borrowers through our specialized refinancing process. The ideal candidate will be someone with a passion for growth and ownership. They will also have experience in financial services sales, call center, or loan industry sales and a passion for coaching others to success. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and continuously improve training programs for new and existing sales team members. Facilitate live and virtual training sessions focused on product knowledge, objection handling, regulatory compliance, and Yrefy's unique sales process. Create training materials such as manuals, playbooks, scripts, and e-learning content tailored to Yrefy's financial products. Monitor sales performance data to identify skills gaps and adjust training accordingly. Conduct onboarding sessions for new sales hires to ensure a strong foundation in Yrefy's mission and product offerings. Partner with Leadership and Compliance to ensure all training aligns with company goals and regulatory standards. Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and one-on-one mentoring to support sales excellence. Stay current on industry trends, compliance updates, and training best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Education, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 3+ years in a sales training or sales enablement role, ideally in financial services, call center, or loan industry. Strong knowledge of sales techniques and CRM platforms. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. Proven ability to design engaging training content and deliver measurable results. Proven experience in sales team mentoring, training, and development.
