This full-time role requires strong communication skills, advanced Excel/Word proficiency, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate mortgage loan documents and guarantor changes Support property purchases, sales, and refinance closings Assist with legal documents, estate/trust administration, and filings Coordinate lease terms and concessions with brokers/owners Conduct background and credit checks on prospective tenants Provide general support across departments as needed The ideal Legal Transaction Coordinator is detail-oriented, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience as a Legal Transaction Coordinator in real estate or legal settings is preferred.
