This position is onsite in our Miami, FL office We're looking for a hands-on, proactive NetSuite Administrator to lead the day-to-day operations, continuous improvement, and strategic roadmap of our ERP system. You’ll act as the bridge between our business teams and technical operations, ensuring NetSuite is not just running, but evolving to support scale, efficiency, and visibility across the organization. What You’ll Own System Administration & Optimization Manage and optimize our NetSuite ERP instance for maximum uptime, speed, and reliability. Ensure smooth execution of system upgrades, patches, and enhancements. Stakeholder Collaboration Serve as the primary liaison between finance, operations, sales, and IT teams. Translate business needs into system configurations, workflows, and automations. Process Improvement Map, document, and improve business processes using NetSuite capabilities. Design and implement SuiteFlows, saved searches, and custom reports to streamline operations. Reporting & Data Insights Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and SuiteAnalytics reports that drive executive and operational decision-making. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across modules. Security & Compliance Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls in accordance with best practices. Conduct regular audits to maintain system integrity and regulatory compliance. Training & Change Management Lead UAT efforts and user training during system updates and process changes. Create clear documentation and user guides to support adoption. Integration Management Oversee third-party integrations (e.g., Shopify, Celigo, WMS), including monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization. Own the NetSuite development roadmap—planning enhancements and advocating for improvements that align with business growth. What We’re Looking For Required: 3+ years as a NetSuite Administrator or ERP Systems Manager Expertise with core modules: Finance, Inventory, Order Management, CRM Strong command of Saved Searches, SuiteFlow / Workflows, User Roles & Permissions, Custom Reporting Proven ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong analytical mindset with attention to system dependencies and data integrity Bonus Points: NetSuite Administrator Certification Experience with SuiteScript or scripting basics Familiarity with integration tools (Celigo, Boomi, etc.) SuiteAnalytics Workbooks / advanced KPIs #J-18808-Ljbffr TOV Furniture Inc
