1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicants Function: ERP Administration, Business Systems About the Role: We're looking for a NetSuite Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, product-driven environment to support and enhance our NetSuite ERP ecosystem. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for managing system performance, ensuring data integrity, and supporting day-to-day operations across our manufacturing and supply chain functions. You’ll play a critical role in helping us scale by optimizing how NetSuite serves our business—from production planning and inventory management to order fulfillment and reporting. What You'll Do: Serve as the primary NetSuite system administrator, overseeing configuration, workflows, roles/permissions, saved searches, and dashboards. Customize and support key NetSuite modules including Manufacturing, Inventory Management, Advanced Financials, and Demand Planning. Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, and IT to gather requirements and enhance business processes through system improvements. Manage third-party integrations and external tools (e.g., WMS, EDI, Shopify/Amazon integrations, etc.) within the NetSuite environment. Proactively identify system inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and lead optimization efforts across business units. Maintain system documentation, training resources, and user support protocols. Monitor and troubleshoot daily system issues, ensuring business continuity and operational reliability. What We're Looking For: 3+ years of experience administering and customizing NetSuite, ideally within the manufacturing or consumer goods space. Strong knowledge of NetSuite modules including Inventory, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Order Management. Experience with scripting (SuiteScript), integrations, and third-party solutions is a strong plus. Proven ability to translate business needs into system solutions, with a detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments. NetSuite Administrator Certification is a plus.
