Job Description
Nexeo HR is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Customer Service Representative to join our team in White Settlement, TX. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth communication and coordination between departments, drivers, and vendors. Candidates must have reliable transportation to and from the work site. This is a second shift position, with initial training conducted on the first shift.
Responsibilities
•Extract and compile data from multiple systems into clear, accurate reports.
•Communicate professionally via email and chat with internal departments and external sub-vendors.
•Oversee and manage the driver check-in and check-out process.
•Thrive in a fast-paced work environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
•Prioritize tasks with a sense of urgency while maintaining close attention to detail.
•Ensure timely and accurate completion of all assigned duties.
•Collaborate with team members to improve workflow and operational efficiency.
•Quickly adapt to shifting priorities, deadlines, and task requirements.
•Follow company protocols and standard operating procedures consistently.
•Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
•Exhibit strong organizational and time-management skills on a daily basis.
Qualifications
•Minimum 1 year of Customer Service or Client Relations experience.
•Minimum 1 year of Shipping and Receiving experience.
•Comfortable using technology, including navigating the internet and common web tools.
•Proficient in Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet applications.
•Must successfully pass a background check.
•Must successfully pass a drug screening.
Pay
$23.00 - $24.50 Per Hour
Schedule
Tuesday-Friday | 6:00pm-5:00am
