THE CHALLENGE AHEAD We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Director, Information Technology to lead and scale our internal IT operations, infrastructure, and security as Kerv.ai continues to grow. This role will be critical in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our IT systems to support our global teams and platform delivery. You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, data, and operations teams to align IT strategy with business goals. WHAT YOU’LL DO Develop and execute IT strategy aligned with business objectives and future growth. Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure, scalable IT infrastructure (on-prem and cloud). Manage IT operations including help desk, systems administration, and end-user support. Own information security policies, compliance initiatives (e.g., SOC 2, GDPR), and risk management. Oversee IT budgeting, vendor relationships, procurement, and contract negotiations. Implement tools and systems to improve collaboration, productivity, and remote work efficiency. Support development and delivery teams with robust DevOps and CI/CD environments. Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing IT team. Monitor and report on IT system performance, uptime, and incident response. WHAT YOU’LL BRING 8+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, preferably in a SaaS or ad tech environment. Strong technical background in network architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), endpoint management, and cybersecurity. Experience in JumpCloud or similar identity/access management systems. Proven experience leading infrastructure modernization and digital transformation projects. Deep understanding of compliance frameworks and data privacy regulations. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience managing geographically distributed teams and hybrid work environments. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
