Job Overview Reporting to a Regional CFO/Finance Director, as a Financial Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to support EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants’ FP&A function in a dynamic, high-growth, highly acquisitive environment, backed by Private Equity and generating over $1 billion in annual revenue. Responsibilities Consolidate financial reports from diverse business segments to provide actionable insights.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial packages on a pro-forma basis.Analyze variances from budget and prior periods to identify trends and opportunities.Calculate and evaluate key performance metrics to drive strategic decision-making.Assist in crafting budgets and forecasts that align with organizational goals.Prepare financial schedules for audit, tax, and due diligence processes.Collaborate with the EPIC Insurance Finance team to deliver critical financial analyses and respond to information requests.Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team’s success. Required Skills & Experience A Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics is preferred, though candidates with a CPA designation or an MBA are also encouraged to apply.Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance or accounting.Solid understanding of GAAP principles.Proficiency in financial software applications, with Oracle EPBCS experience being a plus.Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.Proven ability to work collaboratively across business segments and cross-functional teams.Intellectual curiosity and a drive to learn and develop new skills and processes.Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational and prioritization skills.Willingness to travel occasionally. Compensation The national average salary for this role is $80 000.00 – $95 000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.
