Description of the role:

Key Hyundai of Milford is seeking an Experienced Hyundai/Genesis Parts Manager to join our team in Milford, CT. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in managing parts departments within an automotive dealership setting.
Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory levels to ensure efficient supply and demand
• Oversee parts staff and provide training and guidance
• Develop and implement strategies to increase parts sales
• Work closely with service department to fulfill orders in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of parts transactions

Requirements:

• Prior experience in managing Hyundai/Genesis parts department
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of automotive parts and industry trends
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and organization
