Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble test sets and cable harnesses using schematics and assembly drawings, applying both through-hole and surface mount techniques
Support engineering teams by constructing and modifying electromechanical prototypes
Perform calibration on electronic instruments; coordinate with external vendors for equipment requiring third-party calibration
Assist with troubleshooting and repair of electronic equipment in collaboration with engineering
Carry out additional tasks as needed to support production and engineering efforts
Qualifications:
Associate degree in Electronics, Avionics, or related discipline
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a regulated manufacturing environment (ISO 9001 or AS9100 preferred)
Ability to read, interpret, and modify electrical schematics and assembly drawings
Strong computer skills and a willingness to adopt new tools and technologies to enhance workflow
