Adecco is hiring for Dock Workers s in Santa Teresa, NM Key Responsibilities: Moving and handling large and cumbersome freight in a dock environment (75+ lbs). Ensuring compliance with OSHA, Company policies and/or procedures and customer specific requirements. Utilizing proper handling techniques to ensure the customer's freight is protected from damage. Your Skills & Experience: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Self-motivated and results focused. Safety-minded. Able to work deadlines in high transactional environment. Ability to champion business needs in a collaborative manner to colleagues. Physical labor (bending crouching, etc.). Environment of physical activity, including bending, stretching, lifting, etc. Repeatedly lift, reach, stoop, stand, grasp, balance, climb, kneel, and crouch for extended periods of time.
