This individual will play a key role in supporting our digital marketing efforts, with a strong focus on analytics, content creation, and campaign management. The ideal candidate will have experience with Google Analytics and a passion for data-driven marketing strategies. WHAT YOU’LL DO Digital Marketing Support: Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing, website). Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance using Google Analytics , providing actionable insights. Help manage content calendars for social media and email campaigns. Assist with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising efforts. Content Creation: Create and edit engaging content for social media, blogs, and email newsletters that align with brand voice and goals. Collaborate with the team to produce visuals and graphics for campaigns using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Campaign Tracking and Reporting: Track the performance of digital campaigns and compile reports to measure success and identify opportunities for improvement. Conduct keyword research and track trends to improve content visibility. Website and CRM Management: Assist with updating and maintaining website content using platforms like WordPress or Squarespace. Support email marketing campaigns, including list management and segmentation. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Skills and Experience: Experience with Google Analytics and the ability to interpret data to inform marketing strategies. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, social media, and email marketing. Proficiency in tools like Canva, Google Workspace, and social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer). Excellent communication and writing skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred Experience: Experience with website management (WordPress, Squarespace, or similar platforms).
