Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Migration Analyst Intern to join our team for a 90-day full-time internship. This role supports the system and focuses on data migration, system readiness, and analytical project support. The internship provides a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in enterprise software and data analytics while contributing to impactful real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform data migration tasks for the Verdant System across multiple customer projects.
  • Learn and apply proprietary system tools through comprehensive training provided at onboarding.
  • Conduct data quality and gap analyses to assist clients in maintaining accurate, up-to-date records.
  • Support a major document migration and gap analysis initiative for a key account.
  • Participate in internal team meetings, client sessions, and prospect discussions - as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate data handling.

Qualifications

  • Education: Must be entering the senior year of college (Class of 2025) or having graduated, preferably majoring in Management Information Systems (MIS) , Business , or a related field.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Adobe Acrobat DC .
    • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite .
    • Mid-level experience with Microsoft SQL .
  • Preferred: Exposure to or experience in a software firm or tech-focused organization.
