Superintendent – General Contractor (Restaurant, Retail, Hospitality Projects)

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading General Contractor based in Anaheim, CA, specializing in high-quality commercial projects across these industries. With a strong reputation for excellence and repeat business, our client is growing and looking to add a skilled Superintendent to their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage on-site construction activities from groundbreaking to project completion
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff to maintain productivity and safety
• Conduct regular site inspections and enforce compliance with plans, specs, and safety regulations
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and all stakeholders
• Troubleshoot issues and proactively resolve problems on site

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
• Previous experience managing restaurant, retail, or hospitality builds
• Strong leadership and site management skills
• Ability to manage schedules, budgets, and project quality simultaneously
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
