Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Claims Administrator to join our adjustment company. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the claims process from intake through resolution by handling documentation, coordinating with adjusters, and communicating with clients. The ideal candidate has strong administrative skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the intake, setup, and processing of new insurance claims
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the system
Support adjusters with scheduling, correspondence, and case updates
Communicate with clients, insurance carriers, and third-party vendors
Prepare reports, forms, and other claims-related documentation
Track and follow up on pending items to ensure timely resolution
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role; experience in claims or insurance is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus
