Salary: $125,800 - 170,200 per year Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Our team is seeking a Systems Engineer to support the Department of State contract as part of our Citrix operations group. In this position, you will be entrusted with leading a prominent team that provides critical services to our client. Your typical day will include:
• Collaborating with the Citrix team on the deployment, configuration, and upkeep of Citrix systems and infrastructure.
• Developing technical solutions for managing networks, software, hardware, configurations, and architectures.
• Utilizing your experience in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops v7.15 and later, Citrix Provisioning Services, and Citrix NetScaler/ADC.
• Designing, testing, and implementing systems within a Citrix Virtual Application and Desktops environment in both traditional and cloud settings.
• Providing independent technical guidance and solutions for networks and software configurations.
• Troubleshooting system hardware and software issues.
• Performing software installations and upgrades for operating systems and layered software packages.
• Monitoring system performance to ensure optimal operation.
• Safeguarding server data integrity through standard software and hardware solutions.
• Conducting regular hardware and software audits for compliance with established standards and policies.
• Advising on complex system issues and optimizing performance levels.
• Evaluating current systems and helping to devise long-term strategies.
