The Managing Director within PNC's Public Finance organization will be based in Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, or Austin, TX. Job Responsibilities Lead and develop investment banking efforts for PNC’s Capital Markets in Texas, including bond origination and underwriting roles. Achieve individual and team revenue goals through proactive client calling and transaction origination. Build and maintain strong client relationships and develop strategic business plans focusing on client development and retention. Lead and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to originate, structure, and execute capital markets deals. Monitor industry trends, market developments, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and strategic alignment. Qualifications 10+ years of industry experience in public finance investment banking. Proven track record of originating municipal bond business across Texas, with focus on major and middle-market transactions. Leadership experience with a large scope of responsibility, including team development and performance management. Strong strategic, communication, and client management skills. Relevant licenses such as SIE, Series 52 & 63, Series 79, and Series 53, or ability to obtain within specified timeframes.
