Most businesses we assist sell for under $10M, with support for businesses up to $100M in valuation. Franchise consulting involves helping clients buy franchises, representing over 600 brands. Franchise development involves helping businesses become franchises. Role Description This full-time, flexible role as a Business Broker is based in the South or East Bay Area. Responsibilities include facilitating business sales and acquisitions, managing mergers and acquisitions processes, and assisting with franchise opportunities. Daily tasks involve conducting business valuations, marketing for sale, negotiating deals, and advising clients.
