A qualified HR professional in HRM from CIPM, with over 15 years of wide industry experience and a Lecturer in public and private sector, Ayesha is a graduate from Colombo University with an Econ Special and received her MBA from London Metropolitan University. An associate member of CIPM, and currently heads The Headmasters Lanka (Pvt.) Ltd, a full services HR company in Sri Lanka.
